Early planning and business case begun. WA Country Health Service was in the early stages of planning a proposed $38 million new hospital for Tom Price, with $5.2 million already allocated in budget forward estimates, a preferred site identified off East Road/Poinsettia Street/South Street supported in principle by the Shire of Ashburton, and development of a business case commencing.
