Reporting boundary
Phase 2 of the RHH redevelopment funding envelope. The two audit reports draw the boundary differently and give different figures: the 2019 report states the Cancer Centre did not form part of the audited Project and cites $20.12m of combined State and Commonwealth funds from Health and Hospital Fund monies under the Regional Cancer Centre initiative, while Table 7 of the same report includes a $20m 'Capital Investment Program - State-wide Cancer Services - RHH Cancer Centre Upgrade' line inside the $689m Stage 1 total. The 2014 report shows $21m and marks it out of audit scope. Treat these as three roundings/vintages of the same allocation, not three allocations.
